Our Employees

Kirsten Rose Toth

Kirsten Rose Toth

President & Executive Director

Kirsten lives in Riverview with her husband, 3-year old daughter, and twin infant sons. She earned her Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan in 2013, and works as a psychologist with a strong focus in developmental and behavioral problems in children. Hallpass became her passion project after the tragic events in Parkland, Florida in February 2018, and she is eager to make a difference in our schools.

Matthew Toth

Matthew Toth

Vice President/Treasurer & School Outreach Director

Matthew is Kirsten’s husband (so it follows to reason that he lives with those kiddos as well). He earned his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Michigan, but discovered his passion for the restaurant industry while putting himself through school. He has worked in some well-loved local restaurants throughout the years. He is excited to dedicate his skills and passion to this cause.

Haley Rose

Haley Rose

Secretary & Community Outreach Director

Haley lives in Allen Park with her fiance’, Evan. While they do not have kids of their own yet, they are both very involved in the lives of their niece and nephews, and they hope to be parents one day. Haley works within the Quicken Loans family of companies, for a company called Rock Connections. Haley works as a senior training consultant, which makes her very comfortable with public speaking and educating others! She hopes to take that skill and implement it into her involvement with Hallpass.

Aaron Toth

Aaron Toth

Trustee & Fundraising Director

Aaron has lived downriver his whole life. Going to Riverview Gabriel Richard High School, he learned he had a passion for outreach. From Adopt-a-Grandparent, to volunteering at Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit, to joining a mission trip to Appalachia for a week helping a very impoverished area.  Now with 2 children under 3 years old of his own, Aaron has shifted focus to Hallpass.
